I could not recommend Mr Allouni enough, I have had a long journey since my initial breast cancer diagnosis and it has been a rollercoaster ride of different surgeries and procedures. My first meeting and consultation with Mr Allouni came as a pleasant and welcome surprise when he asked me what I ideally wanted as an outcome. It was a great comfort to feel listened to and to feel heard!! We discussed at length what were realistic expectations what could be achieved what couldn't and the procedure went ahead. Following this for the first time I finally feel happy with the outcome and more myself again and I am sure a lot of this is not only to do with the amazing work that he has done but also the amazing personal, kind and considerate care Mr Allouni gives. Thank you doesn't seem enough!!

Mr Allouni performed a single mastectomy with DIEP flap reconstruction on me 8 weeks ago & I am so happy with my results, everything looks amazing & so much better than I ever expected.
A cancer diagnosis is such a scary experience, especially with a teenage daughter who I care for alone, my recovery was vital but Mr Allouni has been there every step of the way, allaying my worries & keeping check on every problem I have had, both myself & my daughter will be ever grateful.
The whole hospital experience was seemless & the whole surgery team, physiotherapists & nurses were so reassuring & worked together to make a horrible experience the very best it could be.
I cannot recommend enough, Mr Allouni is professional yet compassionate & caring, I couldn’t ask for more, I’m still a work in progress but I am sure I will be just as thrilled with my follow on surgery as his work is faultless & so meticulate, I am one very happy patient.
Thank you so much to you & to all your team who got me through a very hard time in the very best way possible.

Mr Allouni was so polite, caring and understanding. I have been seen by Mr Allouni a number of times since my surgery including during my stay in hospital. He put me totally at ease, advised me on what was best for my surgery and on what would probably be best for my further treatment. I could not have felt more comfortable. I am extremely pleased with the results of my surgery so far.

Ammar Alloumi literally saved my foot after an operation to fuse my ankle went wrong and also after a failed skin flap. Ammar took over my case and operated to save my ankle and foot with a very succesful skin flap operation. Ammar from the start help me come to terms with the situation and reassured me that he would be successful in helping me. An excellent surgeon working with his partner Mr Kanakopowles looked after me and help me through a very difficult and challenging 5 months. Thankyou both for help.

Mr. Allouni is a fully accredited UK plastic surgeon and is on the General Medical Council's specialist register for Plastic surgery. He is a member of the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (BAAPS), British Association of Plastics, Reconstructive and Aesthetics Society (BAPRAS), UKAAPS-CAPSCO and the International Society of Plastic Surgeons. He completed his Bachelor in medicine and surgery in 2004 and his Master’s degree in Science in 2008 in Cairo University Hospitals and started his plastic surgery training abroad before moving to the United Kingdom in 2008 to seek higher surgical training.
He completed his higher plastic surgical training in Yorkshire and had his advanced breast microsurgical reconstruction fellowship training at University Hospitals of South Manchester. He is a substantive consultant in plastic and reconstructive surgery at Hull University Teaching Hospitals with special interest is breast reconstructive surgeries but his work as an NHS consultant extends to skin cancer surgeries, hand surgeries as well as complex trauma surgeries.
He was trained by leading aesthetic surgeons in the UK and abroad. This was complemented by joining the CAPSCO Aesthetic Fellowship programme at the centre of excellence Wood MediSpa in Devon. He offers a wide range of aesthetic surgeries, including facial, breast and body contouring procedures for both males and females. He also offers skin cancer and elective hand surgeries privately. He is very enthusiastic and believes that patient safety is paramount and can only be achieved by well informed and individualised care. He also believes that this can only be done through team working and with building special patient-doctor relationship from the first consultation.
